Description

A delicious and easy recipe for Toasted Chicken Salad Wraps that are perfect for a quick lunch or dinner. These wraps are filled with a flavorful chicken salad mixture, cheese, and then toasted to perfection in an air fryer.


Ingredients

Chicken Salad:

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 12 teaspoons hot sauce

Additional Ingredients:

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 8 medium tortillas

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken Salad: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, shredded carrots, celery, green onions, mayonnaise, cilantro, sour cream, and hot sauce. Mix well to combine.
  2. Season: Season the chicken mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Assemble Wraps: Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  4. Fold Wraps: Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll to secure. Place seam-side down.
  5. Toast in Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (205C). Add the wraps to the basket and toast for 3 to 4 minutes until golden.
