Gyoza or Potstickers:

Vegetable Oil:

Garlic Cloves (grated):

1 can (14 oz/400 ml)

Low Sodium Soy Sauce:

1 tbsp

Fish Sauce:

1 tbsp

Thai Red Curry Paste:

3 tbsp

Brown Sugar:

1 tsp

Lime Juice:

2 tbsp

Chopped Chives:

Instructions

  1. Prep: Boil a large saucepan of salted water. Grate garlic and ginger.
  2. Cooking: Heat oil in a pot, sauté garlic and ginger. Add broth, coconut milk, soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, curry paste, and lime juice. Boil, then simmer for 5 mins.
  3. Dumplings: Cook gyoza in boiling water per package instructions.
