Smoothie:
- 2 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
- 2 shots of espresso, or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
- 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 large medjool dates, pits removed. If using smaller dates, use 4
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
- Pinch of salt
Toppings:
- Cinnamon
- Whipped cream
- Shaved dark chocolate
Instructions
- Blend: Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve: Divide the smoothie into two cups and add your desired toppings.

- You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less dates.
