Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 2 shots of espresso, or 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 large medjool dates, pits removed. If using smaller dates, use 4
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings:

  • Cinnamon
  • Whipped cream
  • Shaved dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend: Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
