Cauliflower:
- 1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- olive oil for spritzing
Sweet and Spicy Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons chili garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
Garnish:
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray.
- Bread the cauliflower: Beat eggs in a bowl. In another bowl, mix bread crumbs and flour. Dip cauliflower in egg, then coat with bread crumbs. Place on the wire rack and spray with olive oil.
- Bake the cauliflower: Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Make the sauce: Heat honey, chili garlic sauce, sugar, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic in a saucepan until combined. Let it cool to thicken.
- Coat cauliflower: Drizzle cauliflower with sauce. Garnish with green onions and serve!
Notes
- For extra heat, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Adjust the sweetness and spiciness of the sauce to your taste.
