Description

This Strawberry Fudge recipe combines the sweetness of white chocolate with the fruity flavor of strawberry cake mix for a rich, creamy treat. Easy to prepare using just a microwave, this no-bake fudge is perfect for quick desserts, featuring a smooth texture with optional colorful sprinkles for added fun and visual appeal.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Base

  • ¾ cup strawberry cake mix (90 grams)
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips (340 grams)
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (396 grams, 1 can)

Optional

  • Sprinkles, for topping

Instructions

  1. Heat Cake Mix: Place the strawberry cake mix in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in 30-second intervals in the microwave. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the temperature; the center should reach 165°F to ensure the raw flour is safe to consume.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by microwaving them in 30-second intervals until fully melted and smooth, stirring in between to prevent burning.
  3. Mix Ingredients: Stir the heated strawberry cake mix and sweetened condensed milk into the melted white chocolate until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
  4. Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil for easy removal and pour the fudge mixture evenly into the pan.
  5. Add Sprinkles: Evenly sprinkle your choice of sprinkles on top to decorate and add texture.
  6. Chill Fudge: Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the fudge is completely set and firm to the touch.

Notes

  • Storage: Store strawberry fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 weeks, in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
