  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

Syrup

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix the topping: Combine oatmeal, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter until crumbly. Spread half into a greased 9×9 pan.
  2. Add the fruit: Layer peaches and strawberries over the crust.
