  • 3/4 cup water, to blend

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Place strawberries, lemon juice, 2 Tbsp. honey, and water in a blender.
  2. Puree: Blend until smooth.
  3. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add additional lemon juice or honey, as desired.
  4. Pour into Molds: Fill popsicle molds with the mixture using a funnel for easier pouring.
  5. Insert Sticks: Cover with lid and insert popsicle sticks.
  6. Freeze: Freeze for 3-4 hours until completely solid.
