Description

  3. Assemble Pinwheels: Roll out the puff pastry, brush with egg wash, spread cheese mixture, and spinach. Roll up the pastry like a jellyroll.
  4. Cut and Bake: Slice the roll, place on baking sheets, and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden.
