Description

This slow cooker recipe for steak, potatoes, and corn is a hearty and flavorful dish that requires minimal effort. Tender steak, perfectly cooked potatoes, and sweet corn are all cooked together in a delicious garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

Steak:

  • 1.5 lbs. steak, cubed (sirloin)

Potatoes:

  • 11.5 lbs. gold or baby potatoes (whole or quartered)

Corn:

  • 3 corn on the cob, halved or cut into thirds

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Instructions

  1. Add the corn, potatoes, and steak to the slow cooker. Place corn on one side, potatoes on the other, and steak in the center.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter sauce. Melt butter in a bowl, add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder. Mix well.
  3. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the steak and potatoes. Distribute evenly to ensure even flavoring.
  4. Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. Cover and let the slow cooker work its magic until potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve and enjoy! Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter sauce from the slow cooker.
