Steak:
- 1.5 lbs. steak, cubed (sirloin)
Potatoes:
- 1 – 1.5 lbs. gold or baby potatoes (whole or quartered)
Corn:
- 3 corn on the cob, halved or cut into thirds
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
Instructions
- Add the corn, potatoes, and steak to the slow cooker. Place corn on one side, potatoes on the other, and steak in the center.
- Prepare the garlic butter sauce. Melt butter in a bowl, add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and onion powder. Mix well.
- Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the steak and potatoes. Distribute evenly to ensure even flavoring.
- Cook on LOW for 5-6 hours. Cover and let the slow cooker work its magic until potatoes are tender.
- Serve and enjoy! Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter sauce from the slow cooker.

- For added flavor, you can sear the steak before adding it to the slow cooker.
