- 1 lb little potatoes, halved or quartered
Seasoning and Sauce
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Layer Chicken: Place the chicken breasts into the base of the slow cooker in a single layer to ensure even cooking.
- Add Potatoes: Spread the halved or quartered little potatoes evenly over the top of the chicken breasts.
- Season: Sprinkle the entire packet of ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken and potatoes to infuse them with flavor.
- Add Liquids: Pour the chicken broth and then spoon the cream of chicken soup on top into the slow cooker; no need to stir as it will cook into the dish.
- Cook: Cover and set your slow cooker to low for 4-6 hours, or use the high setting for 2-3 hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and the potatoes are tender.
