- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8.1 oz. jarred pesto
- 1/2 cup salted butter
- 1/2 lemon
For the Pasta:
- 1 lb. dried rotini pasta
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- Add the Chicken: Place the chicken in the slow cooker, season with salt and pepper. Spread pesto over the chicken, squeeze lemon juice, and top with butter slices.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours without lifting the lid.
