Instructions
- Prepare the Glass Rim: Dip the rim of your serving glass into extra sweetened condensed milk to moisten it, then gently press the rim into crushed graham cracker crumbs to coat it evenly. Set the glass aside.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a cocktail shaker, combine the half and half, 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir gently to blend the ingredients evenly.
- Add Ice and Shake: Add the ice cubes to the shaker, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. This chilling and shaking process mixes the drink thoroughly and creates a nice frothy texture.
