Potatoes:

Cheese Mixture:
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 2-quart baking dish.

- Prepare Potatoes: Grate the cooled baked potatoes with the skin on.
