Cream Cheese Mixture:

Instructions
- Dice Ingredients: Dice ham and pickles into smaller pieces and set aside.
- Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold in diced ham and pickles until well combined.
- Assemble Pinwheels: Spread the mixture evenly on tortillas, leaving a 1/2″ border on the sides. Roll up tightly.
- Chill: Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about an hour.
- Slice and Serve: Remove from the refrigerator and slice into 1″ rounds before serving.
