- 5 tablespoons Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
- 1 stick Butter, (unsalted)
Instructions
- How To Smoke Chicken Breast – Start by firing up your smoker to 200°F. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Traeger rub. Smoke at 140°F until internal temp reaches 140°F. Wrap in foil with butter, raise temp to 350°F, continue smoking until internal temp is 165°F.
