- 1 (15.25-ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14.75-ounce) can creamed-style corn
- 1 (8-ounce) box corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Stir until well combined.
