Orange Glaze:
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons tamari
- 1 teaspoon thyme, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon arrowroot flour
- 1 teaspoon water
