Description
A savory, cheesy Mississippi Sin Dip Sliders recipe featuring creamy, spicy, and ham-filled sliders baked to perfection, perfect for parties or gatherings.
Ingredients
Cream Cheese Mixture
8 ounces cream cheese, warmed
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons ranch dressing powder
3 ounce can diced chiles
5 tablespoons chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon dried red chili flakes
Additional Ingredients
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 to 3/4 pound ham, sliced and diced
1 batch slider rolls (about 10 rolls)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with ranch dressing powder, diced chiles, chopped green onions, and red chili flakes. Mix until well combined. Stir in the sour cream and then fold in the grated cheddar cheese.
- Assemble the Sliders: Slice the slider rolls horizontally if not pre-sliced. Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a greased or parchment-lined 13×9 inch baking dish. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the bottom buns. Layer the sliced ham evenly over the dip, then spread the remaining half of the cream cheese mixture over the ham. Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Bake: Cover the assembled sliders with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is bubbly and melted.
- Serve: Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Slice into individual sliders and enjoy!
Notes
- You can prepare these sliders ahead of time and refrigerate before baking.
- For extra spiciness, add more red chili flakes or hot sauce.
- Ensure the cream cheese is softened for easier mixing.
