Description

These mini tacos are a delightful twist on traditional tacos, featuring seasoned shredded chicken and gooey melted cheese tucked inside crispy corn tortillas. Perfect for parties or a fun family dinner!

  • 1 lb. cooked shredded seasoned chicken breast (3-4 cups shredded chicken breast)

  • 8 oz. shredded colby jack cheese
  • 2024 street taco corn tortillas
  • olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Prepare Tortillas: Place tortillas on a baking sheet and brush or spray both sides with olive oil.
  3. Assemble Tacos: Add chicken and cheese to tortillas. If needed, use a second baking sheet.
