  • 1 cup frozen corn, defrosted
  • 16 oz jarred salsa
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare the casserole: In a 12×9 casserole dish, layer white rice, minced garlic, onion, and chicken broth. Mix well.
