Chicken:

Seasonings:

- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked pepper
Instructions
- Prepare Instant Pot: Line the Instant Pot with the trivet insert and pour in the chicken stock.
- Season Chicken: In a large bowl, season the chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Place the seasoned chicken in the Instant Pot in a single layer.
- Cook: Secure the lid and set the vent to the closed position. Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes for fresh chicken or 15 minutes for frozen. Allow for natural pressure release or quick release. Check the chicken’s internal temperature with a thermometer (165°F).
