Cookies:

Icing:
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Cream the butter and sugars: Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until combined. Add the egg and vanilla, mix until light and fluffy.
- Combine dry ingredients: Mix in the oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt, scraping the sides until combined.
- Form cookies: Using a cookie scoop, place dough balls on the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool and glaze: Cool cookies on a rack. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for glaze. Dip cookies in glaze and allow to set.
