Ingredients:
- 1 (12 pack) of Kings sweet Hawaiian Rolls
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup half and half (or whole milk if that’s all you have)
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 small pinch salt
- 4 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted is fine)
- Powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and syrup for topping
Instructions
- Prepare Egg Mixture: Crack eggs into a large bowl, add half and half, whisk until fully combined. Add vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, salt, and whisk again.
- Soak Rolls: Poke holes in bottom of rolls, soak in egg mixture for 30 seconds.
- Cook Rolls: Heat skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter. Cook rolls on each side until golden brown.
- Serve: Top with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, and syrup.
