Units Scale

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 3 peaches
  • 1 tbsp butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat. If using an outdoor grill, halve the peaches. If using an indoor grill pan, quarter the peaches.
