  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter and oil: In a large pan or skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté the onion: Add the chopped onion and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes.
  3. Cook the mushrooms: Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges.
  4. Add wine and herbs: Pour in the white wine and cook for 2 minutes. Stir in the thyme, 1 tablespoon of parsley, and garlic; cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Season and serve: Season the dish with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve warm.
