Description

Tender and flavorful garlic butter steak bites that are seared to perfection in a cast iron skillet. These juicy steak bites are quick and easy to make, making them a perfect dish for any meat lover.


Ingredients

Steak Bites:

  • 2 pounds steak, cut into bites
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste (season generously)

Garlic Butter:

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Optional for Serving:

  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Prep steak: Remove steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Sear steak: Heat a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 2 minutes per side until browned. Work in batches if needed. Set aside.
  3. Make garlic butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Heat until fragrant.
  4. Finish: Add seared steak to the skillet with garlic butter. Toss to coat. Serve with chopped parsley.
