Steak Bites:
- 2 pounds steak, cut into bites
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste (season generously)
Garlic Butter:
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Optional for Serving:
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prep steak: Remove steak from the fridge 30 minutes before cooking. Cut into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Sear steak: Heat a large skillet over high heat. Sear steak for 2 minutes per side until browned. Work in batches if needed. Set aside.
- Make garlic butter: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and garlic. Heat until fragrant.
- Finish: Add seared steak to the skillet with garlic butter. Toss to coat. Serve with chopped parsley.
