For the Chocolate Layer:
- 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided
For the Marshmallow Layer:
- 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 7 ounces marshmallow creme
- Pinch of salt
For Assembly:
- 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided
Instructions
- Prepare Chocolate Layer: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Whisk together pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
- Layering: Arrange half of the graham crackers at the bottom of the dish. Spread chocolate mix evenly over them. Chill.
- Prepare Marshmallow Layer: Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and salt.
- Assemble: Spread marshmallow mixture over chocolate layer. Top with remaining graham crackers. Freeze covered for 6 hours.
- Serve: Cut into squares following graham cracker lines. Store in the freezer.
