Description

Indulge in these delightful Frozen S’mores that bring together the classic flavors of s’mores in a frozen, easy-to-eat treat. Creamy layers of chocolate pudding, marshmallow creme, and graham crackers make for a perfect summer dessert.

For the Chocolate Layer:

  • 1 (5.9-ounce) box instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Cool Whip, defrosted and divided

For the Marshmallow Layer:

  • 5 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • Pinch of salt

For Assembly:

  • 12 graham crackers, broken in half and divided

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chocolate Layer: Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Whisk together pudding mix, milk, and 1/2 cup Cool Whip until smooth.
  2. Layering: Arrange half of the graham crackers at the bottom of the dish. Spread chocolate mix evenly over them. Chill.
  3. Prepare Marshmallow Layer: Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth. Fold in 2 cups Cool Whip and salt.
  4. Assemble: Spread marshmallow mixture over chocolate layer. Top with remaining graham crackers. Freeze covered for 6 hours.
  5. Serve: Cut into squares following graham cracker lines. Store in the freezer.
