Ingredients
Panko Breadcrumbs:

Whipped Cream Cheese:
12 ounces
Sour Cream:
1 cup
Dill Pickle:
1 cup finely chopped, plus more for garnish
Ranch Seasoning:
3 tablespoons
Garlic:
3 cloves (fairly large cloves) freshly grated
Fresh Dill:
1 tablespoon chopped, plus some for garnish
Fresh Chives:
1 tablespoon finely snipped, plus some for garnish
Onion Powder:
1/2 teaspoon
Kosher Salt:
to taste
Black Pepper:
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground
Lemon Juice:
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed (1/2 a lemon)
Instructions
- Toast Panko: Add panko to a dry skillet and heat on medium-low until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool. Reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish.
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, ranch seasoning, garlic, dill, chives, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir well.
- Add Panko: Fold in the toasted panko, reserving some for garnish. Mix until well combined.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve: Garnish with reserved dill pickle, toasted panko, and fresh herbs. Serve with chips, pretzels, veggies, or use as a spread for sandwiches.
