Description

These Easy Oreo Truffles are a simple and indulgent treat that require only 3 ingredients to make. Creamy, chocolaty, and perfectly sweet, these truffles are great for parties, gifts, or just a special dessert.


Ingredients

Oreo Truffles:

  • 36 Oreos Original and not double stuffed
  • 1 package Cream cheese Full fat, 8 oz package

Coating and Topping:

  • 2-3 cups Melted chocolate White, Can be replaced with semisweet chocolate too
  • 1/4 cup Additional Oreos Crushed, For topping

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreos: Add the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
  2. Mix: Add cream cheese and pulse until combined.
  3. Shape: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into small balls.
  4. Chill: Place the balls on a tray lined with wax paper and chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
  5. Coat: Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
  6. Optional Topping: Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
  7. Set: Allow the chocolate to set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
