Oreo Truffles:
- 36 Oreos Original and not double stuffed
- 1 package Cream cheese Full fat, 8 oz package
Coating and Topping:
- 2-3 cups Melted chocolate White, Can be replaced with semisweet chocolate too
- 1/4 cup Additional Oreos Crushed, For topping
Instructions
- Crush Oreos: Add the Oreos in a food processor and pulse until you have fine crumbs.
- Mix: Add cream cheese and pulse until combined.
- Shape: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll into small balls.
- Chill: Place the balls on a tray lined with wax paper and chill in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Coat: Dip each ball in melted chocolate and place back on the tray.
- Optional Topping: Sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
- Set: Allow the chocolate to set for 15-20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
