- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg

- 1/3 cup yellow onion, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
