Organic Spinach:
- 2–3 cups organic spinach
Fresh Ginger:
- 1 knob fresh ginger, peeled (about 2 inches)
Fresh Turmeric:
- 1 knob turmeric root, peeled (about 2 inches)
Manuka or Raw Honey:
- 1/2 tablespoon manuka or raw honey
Black Pepper:
- 1/5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Almond Milk or Coconut Milk:
- 1/2–3/4 cup almond milk or coconut milk
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: In a large high-powered blender, add in all ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until well combined.
- Adjust Consistency: If necessary, add more almond milk to thin the smoothie to your desired consistency.
- Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Makes 1 smoothie.
