Description

Crispy Brussels Sprouts with Dijon Aioli is a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer or side dish that combines the irresistible crunch of roasted brussels sprouts with a creamy, tangy aioli.


Ingredients

Crispy Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb. fresh brussels sprouts, halved or cut into wedges if they are bigger
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Dijon Aioli

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp dijon
  • 1 tsp minced garlic (garlic powder will also work)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp fresh chopped or dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Oven Method – Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Toss brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, tossing halfway.
  2. Air Fryer Method – Mix brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380 degrees F for about 6 minutes. Toss and cook for another 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
  3. Aioli – Combine all aioli ingredients (except parsley). Chill until ready to serve. Top with parsley.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan over the brussels sprouts before baking or air frying.
  • You can adjust the seasonings in both the brussels sprouts and aioli to suit your taste preferences.
