Fudge Mixture

Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-2 inch overhang on either side to easily lift the fudge out later. Set aside.
- Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salted butter. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning, until everything is fully melted and the mixture is very smooth, about 4 minutes.
- Add Cinnamon Sugar: Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in 4 tablespoons of the cinnamon sugar into the smooth fudge mixture, evenly incorporating the spice.
- Pour and Swirl: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining 3 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar evenly over the surface. Using a knife, gently swirl the cinnamon sugar into the fudge to create a marbled effect.
- Chill: Cover the pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.
