Description

This Cinnamon Sugar Churro Fudge is a delectable, easy-to-make treat that combines creamy white chocolate fudge with the warm, aromatic flavors of cinnamon sugar. Perfect for dessert tables, gifts, or just a sweet snack, this fudge offers a luscious texture with a magical churro-inspired twist.

Ingredients

Scale

Fudge Mixture

  • 3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips or chunks
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter

Topping

  • 7 tablespoons cinnamon sugar, divided (4 tablespoons for the fudge, 3 tablespoons for swirling)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan: Lightly spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Line the pan with parchment paper, leaving a 1-2 inch overhang on either side to easily lift the fudge out later. Set aside.
  2. Melt Ingredients: In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and salted butter. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning, until everything is fully melted and the mixture is very smooth, about 4 minutes.
  3. Add Cinnamon Sugar: Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in 4 tablespoons of the cinnamon sugar into the smooth fudge mixture, evenly incorporating the spice.
  4. Pour and Swirl: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining 3 tablespoons of cinnamon sugar evenly over the surface. Using a knife, gently swirl the cinnamon sugar into the fudge to create a marbled effect.
  5. Chill: Cover the pan with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Chill for at least 2 hours until the fudge is firm and set.

Notes

  • The parchment paper overhang makes it easier to lift the fudge from the pan once set.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate for the best smooth texture and flavor.
  • Stir the mixture constantly while melting to avoid scorching the chocolate.
  • Store leftover fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For gifting, cut into small squares and wrap in decorative parchment or cellophane.
