Pasta:
- 12 oz. Linguine pasta
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 20 oz. cream of mushroom soup*
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
Additional:
- 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook Linguine Pasta: Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13″ casserole dish and set aside.
- Prepare Sauce: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Add parsley, chicken, and pasta; combine.
