Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 20 oz. cream of mushroom soup*
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish

Additional:

  • 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook Linguine Pasta: Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9×13″ casserole dish and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a large bowl, mix melted butter, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth. Add parsley, chicken, and pasta; combine.
