Broccoli:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen
Carrots:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen
Cauliflower:
1 (16 ounce) bag frozen
Velveeta:
1 (16 ounce) package sliced
Ritz Crackers:
1 roll crushed
Butter:
1/4 cup melted (1/2 stick)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Microwave Vegetables: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower. Microwave on high for 12 to 15 minutes until warm.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Transfer the warmed vegetables to a 9×13 baking dish.
- Add Velveeta: Layer sliced Velveeta over the vegetables.
