Rutabaga:
- 2 medium rutabagas, peeled & cubed
Seasoning:
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/4 cup half & half, plus extra to taste

Instructions
- Peel and Cube Rutabaga: Peel the rutabagas, cut into 1-inch cubes, and place in a large pot.
- Cook Rutabaga: Cover with cold water, add salt, bring to a boil, then simmer for 30-40 minutes until tender.
- Mash Rutabaga: Drain, return to pot, add butter, half & half, salt, and pepper. Mash to desired consistency.
