2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
Frosting

Topping
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
Instructions
- Prepare the Brownies: Follow the package directions to combine the brownie mix with vegetable oil, water, and eggs.
