- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Slice Sausage: Slice the smoked sausage into 1-inch coin shapes.
