Description

For the burgers:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 slices deli-style American cheese
  • 8 slider buns
  • 23 tablespoons butter

For the burger sauce:

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (more or less to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)

Instructions

  1. To make the burgers: Add the beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seasoned salt, and garlic powder to a bowl and combine. Portion into 8 balls, flatten into patties, and air fry at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Cut cheese, place on patties, and melt. Butter and toast buns.
  3. To make the sauce: Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic salt, and chili powder. Serve over burgers or as a dip.
