For the burgers:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 slices deli-style American cheese
- 8 slider buns
- 2–3 tablespoons butter
For the burger sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt (more or less to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder (more or less to taste)
Instructions
- To make the burgers: Add the beef, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, seasoned salt, and garlic powder to a bowl and combine. Portion into 8 balls, flatten into patties, and air fry at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
- Cut cheese, place on patties, and melt. Butter and toast buns.
- To make the sauce: Mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, vinegar, garlic salt, and chili powder. Serve over burgers or as a dip.
