Breading:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

To Dip:

  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  2. Mix Breadcrumbs: In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Breading Station: Create a station with bowls of ravioli, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each ravioli in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
  4. Spray and Preheat: Place breaded ravioli on a plate, spray with olive oil, and preheat air fryer at 380˚F for 5 minutes.
  5. Air Fry: Place ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and puffed.
