Ravioli:
- 12 oz fresh ravioli from the refrigerated section
Breading:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
To Dip:
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Mix Breadcrumbs: In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
- Breading Station: Create a station with bowls of ravioli, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Dip each ravioli in eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- Spray and Preheat: Place breaded ravioli on a plate, spray with olive oil, and preheat air fryer at 380˚F for 5 minutes.
- Air Fry: Place ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes until golden and puffed.
